This role operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, providing a consistent work-life balance for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided) Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently Overseeing pharmacy technicians on shift Managing a high-volume workload, processing approximately 600 prescriptions per day

Schedule:

Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am 7 days on, 7 days off rotation

Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license Prior pharmacy experience, with a demonstrated ability to work fast and efficiently in a high-volume environment Open to recent graduates ready to step into a demanding and rewarding overnight role This position offers a chance to work independently during overnight hours while supporting a vital long-term care population.
