Job Description Position Summary Moore Regional Hospital's pharmacy team seeks a dedicated professional to assist inpatient pharmacists in preparing medications, managing drug inventory, and ensuring safe and efficient medication management services that enhance the patient experience. Are you a detail-oriented pharmacy technician looking to make a real impact in healthcare? Do you have a special knack for details and wish to help fulfill FirstHealth's mission "to Care for People"? A great work ethic, strong communication & people skills and computer literacy are essential qualities for the successful candidate along with solid math skills (high school level). We are currently seeking a team member for our overnight shift which is 10pm-6am and offers an attractive schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off. Shift differential available Responsibilities FirstHealth's inpatient pharmacy technicians perform a wide range of tasks that include, but are not limited to: sterile compounding non-sterile drug compounding pharmacy inventory duties (stocking, rotation of stock, outdate checking, etc.) medication distribution preparing patient-specific medications stocking and inventory management of Omnicell automated drug cabinets emergency drug kit preparation Qualifications Qualifications (required): high school diploma or GED eligibility to obtain PTCB technician certification within one year computer literacy great personality and ability to get along well with others desire to serve internal customers and patients hearing acuity visual acuity manual dexterity Qualifications (preferred): pharmacy technician experience hospital inpatient pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred
