Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract Seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting in Liberty, IN. This contract opportunity offers two full-time positions with distinct schedules, ideal for candidates with a strong background in hospital pharmacy environments and active or easily attainable Indiana pharmacy technician licenses.

Schedule Options:

Nights:

7 days on, 7 days off | 9:00 PM - 7:30

AM Days/Afternoons:

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications accurately and safely Restock automated dispensing machines (e.g., Pyxis) to ensure availability of medications Manage incoming pharmacy calls and provide timely, accurate information Deliver medications to nursing floors promptly Identify and remove expired medications from inventory and machines

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain licensure promptly Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy technician experience Competence in sterile and non-sterile compounding practices Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing systems and medication distribution workflows Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
