Skills and Requirements Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) 3+ years Pharmacy technician experience in a hospital setting Strong experience with: Pyxis system IV sterile compounding / IV prep Comfortable with physical demands (standing, lifting, moving) Team-first mindset (cross-functional / plug-and-play) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exposure to chemo compounding (not required, minimal volume) Experience in fast-paced inpatient environments Strong professional references validating: Teamwork Work ethic Adaptability
