Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system. Assist pharmacists by preparing and dispensing prescription medications according to standard procedures. Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their questions and needs. Coordinate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues to ensure smooth prescription processing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and active pharmacy technician license in the state of Ohio is required. A minimum of one year of experience working in a retail pharmacy environment. Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is considered a strong advantage.
