Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant

OVERVIEW

Join BIOMEND as part of an elevated, patient-centered wellness and aesthetics practice focused on proactive, modern healthcare. This role combines phlebotomy, clinical support, IV therapy assistance, and patient experience in a fast-paced concierge environment. You will work closely with providers to deliver high-quality care while helping create a polished, welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture, blood draws, specimen processing, and IV placements with precision and professionalism Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information accurately Assist providers with wellness, hormone, weight loss, and aesthetic procedures Support patient follow-up, lab coordination, inventory management, and clinical workflows Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment using proper aseptic technique and infection-control standards Deliver exceptional patient service with strong communication and attention to detail Qualifications STRONG experience in phlebotomy and medical assisting a MUST Strong venipuncture and IV placement skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced concierge wellness and aesthetics setting Professional , polished , and patient-focused demeanor Familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology, and laboratory procedures preferred Highly organized with strong multitasking and communication abilities Join a growing practice committed to longevity, wellness, aesthetics, and exceptional patient care.
