Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through effective communication and efficient handling of inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a clear and pleasant voice, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems. Assist with dispatching calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed. Manage amil responsibilities, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, as well as handling return mail. Provide clerical and administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily branch operations. Direct customers or visitors to the appropriate personnel or department within the branch. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently, including mail distribution and basic office support. A positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
