Join our team and start making a difference! Rock Hill Post Acute Care in Rock Hill, SC, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. Qualifications:

Physical Therapy license is required. Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
