From sports injury rehabilitation to post-surgical recovery, our diverse services include physical therapy, aquatic therapy, manual therapy, and more. Located in Grove City, Slippery Rock, Neshannock, and Waterford, PA, we prioritize dignity, respect, and tailored care to help each patient achieve their health and wellness goals. At Wise Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we aim to restore not only physical strength but also confidence and quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located inGrove City, Slippery Rock, Neshannock, and Waterford, PA. The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities also include performing patient evaluations, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, providing education on injury prevention, and monitoring progress to achieve optimal results. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and dedication to patients' care and recovery are integral to the role. Qualifications Proficiency in hands-on Patient Care, including individualized care planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one patient interaction State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania A Doctor of Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy assistant may apply Keywords time-and-attendance education-training repair-and-recovery patient-care planning-and-forecasting electrical-engineering-and-planning planning-and-design treatment-planning state-local-municipal physical-therapy
