Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Provides direct patient care in Physical Therapy and to perform other related duties to assure smooth, coordinated running of the department within the Acute Hospital and/or Outpatient Rehab Facility. Identifies, diagnoses and treats patients with a wide variety of disabilities. Certificate or Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum of nine (9) months clinical experience in the field of Physical Therapy preferred. Licensed by the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainer s Board.
