Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal Physical Therapist will be passionate about improving patients' lives through evidence-based therapy and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist will conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer hands-on therapy and prescribe targeted exercises to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for self-care and injury prevention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida State license as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
