Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, high-energy, and motivating Physical Therapist to join our excellent, friendly staff. In this role, you will perform thorough evaluations and devise creative, individualized treatment plans. If you love motivating people, finding effective pain management strategies, and working in a supportive team environment, we want to talk to you. Orthopedic experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply! We offer structured mentoring to help you transition smoothly into your clinical role. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Devise creative, individualized, and effective treatment plans incorporating manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Deliver specialized aquatic therapy treatments utilizing our SwimEx pool. Utilize our AI-powered EMR system to maintain accurate, efficient, and timely patient records. Maintain excellent, empathetic communication with patients during their dedicated 40-60 minute one-on-one sessions. Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program (Required) Current, active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan (Required) Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications (Required) Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings (Preferred) Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
