Job Description
About us Doctors of Physical Therapy is a small therapist owned and run clinic in Southwestern Idaho. We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Assistant Our goal is to 1. Provide an environment for each team member to grow and advance in their career. 2. Generate positive encounters with patients and our community. 3. Create meaningful change in people's lives through valuable physical therapy treatments. We are a small therapist owned company that is looking to grow. With growth comes opportunities for leadership and manager positions. We are looking for a therapist who may be seeking a leadership/management/ownership position now or in the future. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will have access to mentorship from multiple team members in many different areas of physical therapy. We are passionate about serving our communities and doing what is best for our team and our patients. We feel passionate about offering the best treatment approach available and encourage continuing education and create an environment of learning. Some of the courses we recommend include, but are not limited to, Spinal Manipulation courses and Dry Needling courses. Courses in vestibular therapy, women's health and pediatrics are also encouraged. We also offer industrial physical therapy off-site as well as wound care therapy. Pay is BOE.
Sign-on Bonus Responsibilities:
Depends on License Type PT vs. PTA Manage patient cases Oversee office staff (if taking management position). Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers on patient progression. Conduct rehabilitation exercises to allow patients to recover as quickly as possible. Advise and educate patients, healthcare providers and others on disease prevention and health promotion. Treat orthopedic problems in adults and children. Maintain a level of professionalism that well represents themselves, the company and profession.Job Types:
