About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and independence Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance functional performance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Support patients in using adaptive equipment and assistive technology Promote a safe and encouraging environment for rehabilitation Qualifications Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work that makes a lasting impact on patients' lives

Pay:

$35.00 - $42.00 per hour
