Our facility in Frankfort provides an inviting, home-like environment conveniently located off Rout 35 and accessible from I-71. Surrounding communities include Washington Court House, Chillicothe, Circleville, and Greenfield. This 50-bed specialized facility meets the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimer's and related disorders. We have created an understanding and supportive environment to enrich and maximize the quality of life for our residents. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

• Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality patient care standards.
