Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our Saginaw, Michigan location. As a Physical Therapist at Avista Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized rehabilitation services to help our patients achieve their maximum potential. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develops effective treatment plans Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities, to meet patient goals Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and effective collaboration Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Full Benefit package Medical, dental, vision Annual Raises 401k Flexible work schedule
