Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to residents in assisted living environments, helping them restore mobility, function, and confidence.Locations:
Canton Brighton Key Responsibilities Provide treatment visits, 30-day reassessments, re-certifications, and discharge evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Manage a full caseload (28-32 visits per week for full-time positions) Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system Recommend and assist in fabrication of adaptive devices as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and equipment use Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active state Physical Therapist license CPR/BLS certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance Strong knowledge of medical terminology and therapy best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient carePreferred:
