Position Summary Join Modoc Medical Center as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact across a variety of care settings in our close-knit rural community! You'll provide personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions—without productivity quotas—across our outpatient clinic, inpatient and swing bed units, skilled nursing facility, and more. This unique role lets you focus on what matters most: helping patients of all levels achieve their best recovery. Reporting directly to the Director of Physical Therapy, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow professionally while enjoying the lifestyle and camaraderie of a welcoming rural environment. Essential Responsibilities Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate their effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed Conduct assessments and reassessments across all patient populations Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient billing Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection control standards Collaborate with medical staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives Manage patient pain and coordinate interventions with physicians Minimum Qualifications Valid California Physical Therapist license or certification Current BCLS certification Solid knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, and rehabilitation Familiarity with infection control, sterile techniques, and safety protocols Preferred Qualifications Physical therapy experience, including work with diverse populations (neonates to geriatrics) Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Familiarity with rural healthcare practices Benefits Sign-On Bonus for

Full-Time Hires:
