is recruiting for a community hospital on the Oregon Coast. The Rehab Department is recruiting a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join a highly respected, low-turnover rehabilitation team on the Southern Oregon Coast.   • live near the Pacific Ocean, rivers, forests, and the Oregon Dunes About the Hospital Our client is a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital serving Reedsport and surrounding coastal communities.
The rehab department is known within the district for its excellent reputation, strong teamwork, and exceptionally low turnover. Therapists often arrive as travelers, then decide to buy homes and put down roots. About Reedsport, Oregon Reedsport is a small coastal town on the Southern Oregon Coast, near: The Pacific Ocean and Salmon Harbor The Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area Rivers, forests, hiking, fishing, ATV/UTV and sand-dune recreation It's an ideal location if you want a close-knit community, outdoor recreation, and easy access to some of Oregon's most beautiful coastal scenery. What you'll do Provide pelvic floor Physical Therapy services and broader PT care in: Outpatient/clinic Acute care/inpatient Pool/aquatic therapy Perform evaluations, develop and progress plans of care, and document per state and hospital standards Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team to drive excellent patient outcomes Educate patients, families, and caregivers Supervise PTAs and rehabilitation aides per state practice act Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and student/preceptor activities Support departmental operations, including scheduling, basic equipment/supply needs, and maintaining treatment spaces Schedule Full-time 4×10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) No routine weekend requirement noted; details can be discussed during the interview Compensation & benefits Hourly rate: $65
