Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a travel Physical Therapy team as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland physical therapy license or compact eligibility required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum of 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience preferred. This includes experience with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and in-home safety assessments. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) required. Familiarity with common home health outcome measures and OASIS documentation is preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned geographic region. Candidate may be required to travel within the region and provide services at multiple patient residences as directed.
