Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Current experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred. Minimum 1 year of recent acute or post-acute care experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation, and skilled level of care documentation preferred. Ability to perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in an SNF environment. CPR certification required prior to start if not current.
