Job DescriptionPerforming intake tasks and schedulingPreparing equipment and treatment roomsLiaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departmentsAssisting patients to walk, sit, and standObserving patients performing prescribed physical exercisesDocumenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient filesApplying ice packs or heat pads as instructedSupport the Front Desk with coverage, patient check-ins and payment collectionsQualificationsAt least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalentPersonable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of peopleReliable and professional with the ability to place value on and maintain patient care as the number one priorityEffective oral and written communication skillsFlexible schedule to work 40 hours a week
