• We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing care to patients and support the overall functioning of the physical therapy department.
• Duties
• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Aid patients in performing exercises and activities as directed by the therapist
• Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
• Monitor and report patient progress to the therapist
• Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort during sessions
• Qualifications
• Previous experience or knowledge in outpatient settings is beneficial
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment
• Strong patient care skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team dynamic
