Physical Therapy Assistant

This is a Pay-Per-Visit role earning $40 - $44 per visit

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred, home health experience strongly preferred. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to work independently in a home-based environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
