Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to drive our business growth and strengthen customer relationships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing both marketing initiatives and sales activities across various channels. Your proactive approach will help generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing client accounts. Duties Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing customers, focusing on B2B sales strategies. Conduct outside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients through cold calling, territory management, and direct sales presentations. Manage account relationships by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets, generating leads through various channels, and nurturing prospects into loyal customers. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize territory management strategies. Perform product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on product features and benefits. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, digital content, and event strategies that enhance brand visibility. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and refine sales tactics for maximum effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management. Demonstrated ability in technical sales, including product demos and upselling techniques. Exceptional analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market data for strategic planning. Effective communication skills for engaging presentations, negotiations, and customer service interactions. Knowledge of retail sales environments or technology sales is a plus but not required.
