Home Physical Therapy Assistant Healthcare & Life Sciences $ 40 - $ 42.75 / Hour location_on Clackamas, Oregon acute Contract/Temporary favorite_border

Type:
3 + months, with potential for extension
Pay Range:
$40 to $42.75/hr.
Location:
Coverage areas: Multnomah and Clackamas County
Schedule:
8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday
  • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Responsibilities of the
Physical Therapy Assistant:
  • Provide skilled PT in the home health setting.
  • Performing admissions, treats, evaluations, 30-day reassessment, resumption of care and recertification if needed
  • PTA subsequent visits Qualifications for the
Physical Therapy Assistant:
  • Home health experience required
  • Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License required
  • CPR Certification required
  • HCHB experience is a plus Why work for Adecco?
