Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic Location:
Grapevine, TX Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, No nights or weekends Join a close-knit, patient-focused pediatric orthopedic practice where you can make a real impact. We are a privately owned, well-established pediatric orthopedic clinic seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an experienced orthopedic surgeon in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview:
The physician assistant will work alongside our orthopedic surgeon to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients. This role includes both clinic responsibilities and minor procedures in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric orthopedic conditions. Perform physical exams and develop treatment plans. Assist with procedures (casting, splinting, injections, fracture care, reductions, etc.). Interpret imaging (xrays and MRI's). Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR. Collaborate closely with physician and clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current certification as a PA-C. Active or eligible for state licensure. Orthopedic experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills and comfort working with children and families. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Preferred Skills/Qualifications (Not Required): Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pediatrics. Familiarity with EHR systems.
