Job Description
Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work at an established practice in Richland, Washington. Work with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team while providing a mix of OR first assist, inpatient and clinical care. In this role, you will take on a varied schedule that includes operating room, rounding, clinic and call responsibilities. Minimum of 2 years cardiac surgery experience is required Preference for endo vein harvesting proficiency Full-time, 1:4 call, shift-based schedule includes OR first assist, inpatient and clinic Generous incentives include starting bonus, $15K relocation and $5K CME allowances PSLF eligible and expert complimentary student loan consultant Compensation is between $153,972 and $213,341 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
