We are a leading pain management and orthopedic practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in treating acute and chronic pain conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and orthopedic disorders. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help improve the quality of life for our patients. Pain Management Advanced Provider Responsibilities & Duties Conduct comprehensive pain assessments Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain Prescribe medications and therapies for pain management Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pain management interventions Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding pain management strategies Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care Perform interventional pain management techniques as appropriate Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in pain management research and stay current with advances in the field Advocate for patients and help them navigate the healthcare system Pain Management Advanced Provider Qualifications & Skills Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant with a focus on pain management & orthopedics National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Previous experience in pain management or related fields Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of both pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management techniques Commitment to continuing education and professional development Current RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification Current PA license and Physician Assistant certification Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Proficiency in assessing and managing chronic pain conditions Experience with pain management medications and therapies Strong documentation and patient care planning skills Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care Ability to perform clinical procedures relevant to pain management Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
