Store Manager

We are a 7-Eleven franchise location looking for a dependable, motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Our goal is to set you up to run the store with confidence and independence over time. What You'll Do Lead and schedule a team, providing clear day-to-day direction Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Uphold store cleanliness, food service, and loss prevention standards Train new hires and support staff development Ensure smooth day to day operation What We're Looking For A proactive leader who communicates clearly and follows through Someone who takes ownership of their work and their team Comfortable with scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused Prior management experience required Preferred Qualifications Prior 7-Eleven or franchise convenience store management experience preferred Our Core Values Accountability
