4-Day Work Weeks Monday

• Friday No Evenings Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care

Call Schedule:

Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

Base salary starts at $255,000 + incentive plan

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure (or already licensed)
