Key Responsibilities:

Hour ED Call Coverage :

Provide comprehensive ENT care for both adult and pediatric patients presenting in the emergency department. Assist with oral maxillofacial (OMF) trauma cases, working closely with OMF residents who are on call 24/7. Collaborate with an on-call oral surgeon and plastic surgeon to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Stabilize patients as needed and coordinate with the oral surgery team for follow-up care. Support the hospitals initiative to reduce the call burden on oral surgeons by sharing OMF trauma responsibilities.

Hospital-Based Practice :

Respond to urgent and emergent ENT cases, providing expert care in a fast-paced environment. Utilize the hospitals EMR system (Cerner) for charting and documentation. Engage in a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside skilled support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Previous experience in a hospital-based setting is highly preferred.
