Qualifications Credential Single Subject:
Physics Teaching Credential. Please upload the Document's Detail of your credential. For instructions on how to obtain a detailed document see Print a Document's Detail by clicking here. If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter AND subject matter competence: CSET, degree major or coursework evaluation. If currently enrolled in a credential program, upload a status letter indicating your estimated completion date AND subject matter competence: CSET, degree major, or coursework evaluation. Provide passing assessment scores and/or proof of registration for the Literacy Performance Assessment and/or TPA, as applicable. Transcripts Please upload transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university. Out of country transcripts may be uploaded along with an evaluation from an agency approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. For a list of approved evaluating agencies please, click here. Resume Letters of Recommendation Three (3) professional letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last 3 years. One letter of recommendation must be from a Supervisor.
