August 2026 About Us We are a new boutique reformer and mat Pilates studio opening in Seminole, Florida in early August 2026. We are building a welcoming, elevated, and community-driven space focused on movement, confidence, and connection. Leading up to our opening, we will be hosting pop-up events, community classes, and launch events throughout July to build excitement and grow our founding member community. We are currently looking for experienced, upbeat, and passionate Pilates instructors to join our founding team. What We're Looking For We are seeking instructors who: Have experience teaching mat and/or reformer Pilates Bring fun, positive energy into every class Are confident leading groups and connecting with clients Can create safe, motivating, and challenging workouts for all levels Thrive in a boutique fitness environment Want to help shape the culture of a growing studio from the beginning Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor Experience teaching reformer Pilates and/or Mat Pilates required Strong knowledge of form, alignment, and modifications CPR/AED certification preferred Weekend and evening availability is a plus Responsibilities Lead reformer and mat Pilates classes Support studio launch events and community pop-ups in July Create an encouraging and welcoming class atmosphere Build relationships with members and help foster community Maintain professionalism and studio cleanliness Why Join Our Founding Team Opportunity to grow with a brand-new boutique studio Be part of building studio culture from day one Flexible scheduling Complimentary classes Fun, supportive, community-focused environment Potential leadership and long-term growth opportunities To Apply Please send: Resume Pilates certifications A short introduction about yourself and your teaching style Social media or teaching videos (optional)
