Pipefitter

Fabtration is urgently hiring two full time pipe fitting positions. Fabtration is a custom steel fabricating facility located in Georgetown, IN. Here at Fabtration, we specialize in tanks and filtration systems for the automotive industry, as well as large-scale machinery for the asphalt industry. Those interested should be proficient in fit up of threaded, welded and Victaulic pipe. Welding experience in leak tight welding is necessary. Duties Read and interpret blueprints for proper fit up and weld out of all projects Measure, thread, fit up pipe for custom engineered projects. Utilizing overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machine operations to ensure proper fabrication. Work efficiently alongside a team of welders to bring each project to completion Work independently on custom engineered projects when provided with customer specs.
