Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring correct change is given. Assist in food preparation, including basic pizza assembly and food handling to meet sanitation standards. Upsell menu items by recommending popular toppings or combo deals to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and workstations by bussing tables and supporting sanitation practices. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment. Support quick service operations by managing time efficiently during busy hours to serve guests promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service, fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with POS systems Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math, or retail math are important for accurate transactions. Experience in food preparation, culinary tasks, or kitchen environments helps in understanding food safety and sanitation standards. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude are essential for creating positive guest interactions. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and cleanliness.
