Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our PK-6 Teacher District Pool. This full-time position offers an opportunity to inspire and educate young learners in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to fostering a love of learning, promoting social-emotional development, and creating inclusive classroom environments that cater to diverse student needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a sense of community. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support student learning and address individual needs. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Foster a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and social interaction. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities. Adhere to district policies and procedures, including those related to student safety and confidentiality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid state teaching certification for grades PK-6. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices for young learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in using technology and educational software to support teaching and learning. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students. Experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a PK-6 environment, is highly desirable. Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
