Job Description:
We are partnering with a global, industry-leading manufacturer to identify a Plant Manager to lead a key production facility in Goshen, NY. This role will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and site performance, while driving continuous improvement and capital initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, process-driven environment and is passionate about building efficient, high-performing operations. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all day-to-day plant operations including production, planning, and logistics Driving operational improvements across manufacturing and supply chain functions Overseeing facility, equipment, and maintenance strategy Managing and executing site-level projects and capital initiatives Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Developing and leading cross-functional teams across the plant Partnering with internal stakeholders to align operations with business goals Must-Have Experience Leadership experience within a process-based or chemical manufacturing environment Background supporting or leading plant-level or capital projects Strong understanding of production, materials flow, and overall site operations Experience working within regulated environments and maintaining compliance standards Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage accountability Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work onsite Experience in specialty chemicals, industrial fluids, or similar industries Why This Role High-visibility leadership position with full ownership of site performance Opportunity to drive meaningful operational improvements Stable, well-established organization with strong market presence Collaborative environment with long-term growth potential
