What You'll Be Doing Operate plant equipment and systems safely and efficiently to meet production targets Monitor and adjust control settings to maintain product quality Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure optimal workflow Follow all safety protocols and participate in site safety initiatives What Are We Looking For Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment with attention to detail Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and conditions Mechanical aptitude and the capability to learn new systems and processes Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
