Position Summary:
The Plant Performance Analyst supports the plant leadership team by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting plant performance data. This role maintains plant KPI metrics, prepares Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, supports management review materials, tracks action items, and helps manage plant documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. This position works across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, and Production to ensure plant data is accurate, reports are updated, and key information is organized for management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect plant performance data from different departments and systems. Maintain plant KPI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and action trackers. Prepare Excel reports, charts, trend summaries, and basic data analysis for management review. Create and update PowerPoint presentations for plant meetings, customer reviews, audits, and leadership updates. Track open action items and follow up with department owners for updates and closure. Support document management activities, including procedures, work instructions, forms, templates, and plant records. Assist with work instruction updates by gathering information, formatting content, and adding pictures when needed. Help organize audit, management review, and customer visit support documents. Keep reports, files, and records organized and easy to access. Support other plant reporting and documentation needs assigned.
Requirements:
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Engineering Technology, Operations, or related field. One to three years of experience in manufacturing, operations support, data reporting, document control, administrative technical support, or similar role preferred. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Must be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing environment, KPI reporting, dashboard creation, PowerPoint presentation support, document control, work instruction updates, audit preparation, or plant performance reporting.
