Job Description

High-Ticket Phone Sales Specialist (Aesthetic Practice) Join one of the region's premier plastic surgery practices in a high-performance, phone-based sales role designed for individuals who thrive on competition, closing, and results. We are looking for a driven sales professional who knows how to take inbound leads, control conversations, build urgency, and confidently close high-value procedures over the phone. Aggressive performance based goals. Position Overview This is not a passive concierge role—this is a revenue-driving, phone sales position . You will be the first and most important point of contact for prospective patients, responsible for converting inquiries into booked consultations and procedures . Success in this role comes down to your ability to connect quickly, lead conversations, handle objections, and close decisively . Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound leads and convert them into booked consultations Lead phone conversations with confidence, structure, and control Build value around procedures and position the practice as the clear choice Overcome objections and close high-ticket services Follow up relentlessly with warm and undecided leads Track pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics daily Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth handoff post-close Discuss pricing, financing, and create urgency to move forward Maintain CRM and detailed sales notes on all interactions What We're Looking For Proven closer with a strong track record in phone sales or high-ticket sales Comfortable discussing and selling services in the $20K-$100K+ range Competitive mindset—you care about winning and hitting targets Strong verbal presence with the ability to control and guide conversations Resilient under pressure and motivated by performance-based income Highly disciplined with follow-up and pipeline management Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or luxury services is a plus—but sales ability comes first Preferred Background Phone sales, inside sales, or high-ticket closing experience Experience in industries such as: Medical aesthetics or plastic surgery Luxury sales (automotive, real estate, hospitality) Fitness, coaching, or other consultative sales environments Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base + aggressive bonus structure High earning potential for top performers Health insurance + 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on treatments and products Work Environment Full-time, in-person role in a modern luxury medical office Monday-Friday schedule Fast-paced, performance-driven environment Clear expectations, measurable results, and accountability Who Thrives Here Individuals who enjoy competition, targets, and performance-based pay Sales professionals who prefer being on the phone and closing deals People who take ownership of their results and income Those who want to be part of a high-end brand but operate in a results-driven role About Us We are a premier aesthetic practice delivering high-end surgical and non-surgical results.
