Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Plate Roll Operator specializing in Faccin Hydraulic Roll equipment! In this vital role, you will operate and maintain state-of-the-art plate rolling machinery to produce precise, high-quality metal components. Your expertise will ensure smooth production flow, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the creation of exceptional fabricated products. Welding is a plus but not required. Duties Set up and operate Faccin hydraulic plate rolling machines to bend and shape sheet metal according to detailed blueprints and specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering documents to ensure accurate fabrication Adjust machine settings based on material thickness, radius requirements, and production specifications for optimal results Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on hydraulic roll equipment to minimize downtime Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards Experience Proven experience operating hydraulic plate rolls or similar sheet metal forming machinery in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, stamping presses, electrical discharge machining (EDM), plasma cutting, press brake operations, and hand tool use Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex bending tasks Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements; familiarity with tooling setup and adjustments Join us if you're passionate about precision manufacturing!
