Account Rep:

You'll be: Managing and replying to all client inquiries within 2 hours Performing sales order entry and follow-up through logistics Preparing and maintaining status reports; modifying schedules or plans as needed Creating and maintaining reports as required by customers Assisting the Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems Corresponding with customers to ensure requirements are met Participating in quarterly business reviews with customers Monitoring processes related to customer-specific requirements Ensuring service level agreements (SLA) for all projects are met Providing customer support and maintaining client confidentiality Providing backup for Account Manager and other team members as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Are highly organized, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving abilities Are computer literate, especially in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook Hold a High School Diploma and have strong interpersonal skills Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and effective time management Are able to maintain accurate and detailed records Are comfortable with mobility and using office equipment for extended periods Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
