As the face of Ogre and Above, you will provide complete, customer-focused solutions.Your day-to-day impact will include:
Technical Service & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems, including pipe fixtures, water heaters, and drains. Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide array of residential plumbing issues. Size, install, and repair water and sewer lines in full compliance with local codes. Safely and proficiently operate sewer equipment, drain cleaners, and other specialized tools.Customer Relationship & Sales:
Build trust by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and relaying information professionally to customers. Be proficient in our customer-focused sales process, presenting options and value with integrity. Work to meet or exceed minimum sales and performance goals (KPIs) set by the company.Teamwork & Project Management:
Collaborate effectively with other plumbers and apprentices on job sites to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentice plumbers. Accurately measure, list, and gather all required materials for repairs and installations. Complete and submit all job documentation, paperwork, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Professionalism & Stewardship:
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and inventory of your assigned, fully-stocked company service truck. Uphold our reputation for best-in-class service in every interaction. Fulfill any other related duties as directed by management. What You Bring to theTeam:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience. A valid driver's license with a clean and safe driving record. A deep commitment to quality, safety, and customer service excellence.
