Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumbing/Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various sites. Your expertise will ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of plumbing infrastructure in residential and some commercial settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a broad range of technical skills, and contribute to high-quality construction outcomes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and renovation projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation activities on construction sites Conduct system inspections to identify issues and perform troubleshooting using mechanical knowledge and schematics Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks, assembly work, and handyman repairs as needed Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment Skills Strong background in construction plumbing with experience reading blueprints and schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and Plumbing systems Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately Familiarity with remodeling processes, carpentry skills, and general handyman experience Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Valid commercial driver's license •Join our team to bring your technical expertise to life in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible difference!
