Wednesday-Saturday 3-11 PM Position Summary We're hiring a dependable PM Kitchen Porter to support dinner service and close the kitchen strong. This is an entry-level role with high expectations around cleanliness, urgency, and teamwork. No experience required, but work ethic is non-negotiable. Core Responsibilities Dish & Sanitation Operate dish station efficiently throughout service Maintain constant flow of clean plates, utensils, and equipment Follow all sanitation and health standards consistently Kitchen Support Assist cooks with basic prep (washing, peeling, portioning, etc.) Take out trash, recycling, and maintain clean waste areas Restock stations with clean tools, towels, and supplies Closing Responsibilities Deep clean dish area, floors, mats, drains, and equipment Break down and reset kitchen for next day's service Ensure all cleaning checklists are completed before clock-out Organization & Cleanliness Keep dish pit and surrounding areas clean, dry, and safe Maintain proper storage and organization of all kitchen tools Identify and communicate any maintenance or safety issues Qualifications No prior experience required (restaurant experience is a plus) Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Able to lift 30-50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$15
