JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive all materials necessary for the operation of the plant (bulk ingredients, packaging materials, etc.) according to HACCP procedures and perform all other receiving functions as directed by supervisor Supply (PSA) Production Storage Areas as needed. Ability to perform periodic inventories and cycle counts. Use SAP to record and maintain accurate raw material inventories. Unload, sort, and distribute LTL deliveries, including carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, ensuring materials reach the correct internal destinations. Must be certified or willing to learn to drive a forklift. Must be highly focused with strong attention to detail. Will be required to lift up to 50lbs Must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. This support may include but is not limited to:serving in the role of 5S Leader, actively participating in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep,Weekly Spot, etc.)and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment. The person in this position must also perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.

Applicant will be required to take and successfully pass a fork lift operator's test.
