Pool Installation Foreman

Based in Wappingers Falls, NY, were seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Pool Installation Foreman to lead and coordinate the construction and installation of residential and commercial Vinyl/Gunite pools throughout the scenic Hudson Valley. Our projects range in value from $50,000 to $300,000, offering opportunities to manage high-end installations from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines field work with crew supervision and project coordination. We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for advancement, and year-round employment. During the winter season, our installation team supports our holiday décor division, making this a full-year position. Responsibilities Lead and direct all phases of pool construction and installation, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from excavation through final inspection Supervise, coach, and schedule crew members, including assigning tasks and ensuring work meets company standards Coordinate daily workflow, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and change orders Conduct on-site problem solving to minimize delays and ensure project completion within scope and budget Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and enforce all safety protocols Communicate regularly with project managers, suppliers, and customers regarding status, concerns, and schedule changes Keep detailed job logs, track material usage, and report progress Perform installation work when necessary, including setting steel, plumbing, and equipment Assist with installation of holiday lights and décor in the off-season Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of pool construction and installation experience Previous experience supervising crews and managing job sites Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans Valid US drivers license Professional demeanor; dependable and reliable Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions Flexibility with schedule, willingness to work overtime as needed Offered compensation: $25/hr - $29/hr
