This is a great opportunity to start a career. No pool cleaning experience required, but outdoor work experience with stable work history is strongly preferred. Experienced Techs are also encouraged to apply. Pay scale is based on experience. On the job training will be provided. This position starts out at 3 days per week, although there is some flexibility, (Mon, Weds., Thurs.) about 25 hours. We are growing quickly and anticipate the position will become 40 hours or more (M-F) by June 2026. Work truck will be provided. Duties Be reliable. Perform routine pool maintenance services. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Provide exceptional customer service. Travel to job sites safely, on time and reliably. What we're looking for: Must be able to work independently and provide quality service. Must be 25 years old due to commercial auto insurance requirements. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be physically fit and able to deal with the FL heat.
