Pool Server - Fontainebleau Miami Beach

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Cocktail Waitress/Server. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include taking and delivering orders, ensuring cleanliness and organization of our Cabanas and beds, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Prepare Cabanas with meticulous attention to sanitation and orderliness
• Welcome and attend to customers upon their arrival
• Present restaurant menus and provide assistance in selecting food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and efficiently serve them to customers
• Offer recommendations or suggestions on complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers, as well as kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and proactive attitude
• Process billing and handle payment transactions
• Maintain open availability throughout the week
• Uphold high-quality service standards to attract and retain customers

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as a server or waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
• Proficiency in cashier duties and handling transactions
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
• Patient and customer-oriented approach to provide exceptional service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Responsible and trustworthy in managing customer orders and payments
• High school diploma is a plus, but not required
